I ordered an S21 from Klap about a month ago. What I liked about them is that even though I got the wrong order (i ordered an A+ instead of A) I was able to call them and they solved immediately, without any other complications. The phone is new. Effectively does not even have fine scratches, the battery keeps it without problems, plus they send accessories.
So, at least so far these guys look serious to me.

I had a great experience with Klap.ro. I forgot to add the discount code, and after I paid I realized this and called them. On the phone she was a very nice, helpful lady and she solved it. I received back, on the card, the 100 lei discount. I bought an iPhone xs MAX A+ and it looks and works great. They probably changed his battery because he has 100% health. I wanted to take it from another site, but after more tips I took on Klap and I’m glad! Indeed, the price is different than on another site, but on the phone I paid 2,099 (so it remained after they returned me the 100 lei). In addition, we received the gift silicone case, glass foil for the screen, charger + cable, wired headphones and wrench. I think it was worth it!
